Gift certificates & special discounts

PURCHASING
You can purchase electronic gift certificates online for someone special.
Gift certificates are valid for 6 (six) months from the date of issue.

You will receive a confirmation of your gift purchase by email and your recipient will receive their gift certificate via email within 24 hours of purchase. Please give an allowance of 3 working days for your recipient to receive the gift certificate through snail mail.

USING GIFT CERTIFICATES & SPECIAL DISCOUNTS   
The gift certificates and special discounts will contain a unique code to be entered on our checkout page prior to confirming your order. When the code is entered, the new total amount will be recomputed.    

Please note that the gift certificate is quoted in SGD and is not redeemable for cash. All gift certificates must be used in their entirety or the unused balance will be forfeited.
   
Gift certificates and other special discounts codes may not be used together in the same order, neither can any discounts be applied to the purchase of gift certificates. Gift certificates can be applied towards the total cost of purchase including delivery cost and taxes (if applicable).
 
Gift Certificates purchased from us directly and occasional special discounts given to our mailing list family may be used only on our website.
