CREDIT CARD PAYMENT via paypal
We accept all major credit card payments through our secure website. All payment will be directed to Paypal, a secure online payment gateway.
You do not have to sign up for a Paypal account to use this option. To find out more about Paypal, visit www.paypal.com

SINGAPORE DOLLAR CHEQUES via post
You will be advised on the cheque payment detail in the confirmation email if you opt for this option.  Cheques are to be made out in Singapore Dollars and drawn on a Singapore Bank.
Orders paid by cheque will be dispatched upon cheque clearance.
Cheque Payment will be made to “Rebel Babble”. Please quote your Rebelbabble® order number at the back.

Cheques are to be made out in Singapore Dollars and drawn on a Singapore Bank. Your order will be sent out only AFTER the cheque has been received and cleared. As such, please allow a few more days for delivery.

BANK DIRECT TRANSFER/ TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER via ATM Transfer/ Internet Banking
You will be advised on the bank transfer detail in the confirmation email if you have opted for this option.  Kindly ensure the amount remitted to us is in Singapore Dollars.  For telegraphic transfers, there will be an extra S$10.00 for clearance fees imposed by bank clearing agents.

Direct banking and funds transfer can be performed through internet banking or ATMs.

CASH via self pick-up
Cash payments are welcome, should you choose to pick up your orders from us Simply select the CASH payment mode and include your notes in 'Note to merchant' space if necessary when checking out.

Special discounts will contain a unique code to be entered on our checkout page prior to confirming your order. When the code is entered, the new total amount will be recomputed.

Gift certificates and other special discounts codes may not be used together in the same order, neither can any discounts be applied to the purchase of gift certificates. Gift certificates can be applied towards the total cost of purchase including delivery cost and taxes (if applicable).

Occasional special discounts given to our mailing list family may be used only on our website.

Rebel Babble ships locally and internationally. Please contact us through email if you do not find your shipping country destination on our list during checkout.

All local deliveries are absolutely free!
International deliveries are charged according to destination zone and cost of total goods ordered. Please check our chart on http://www.rebelbabble.com/page/delivery.

Local delivery time usually takes 2-5 working days from receipt of order and International delivery time usually takes between 5-10 working days, depending on country destination.

All packages will be wrapped and protected like a present in our creatively re-used materials which encourages and spreads the message of the 3R's!

Exchanges and refunds are only applicable for customers who purchased our product online. At Rebel Babble, we are happy to exchange items (subject to availability) or offer store credits (issued coupon code that is equivalent to the original purchase amount, excluding delivery cost) on goods kept in original packaging and condition, unwashed and unworn only. All exchanges and returns must be made within 7 days of receipt for Singapore orders and within 14 days for international orders.

Simply follow the instructions below to exchange the goods or receive store credit.

1. Download and e-mail us the completed returns exchange form from our website.
2. Upon confirmation, a return authorization number will be e-mailed to you.
   (Items sent back without this information will not be processed)
3. Upon receiving your return authorization number, pack and seal the items and proceed to send the items to us with your authorisation code and order number indicated on the package.

Customers must pay for the return delivery of the item(s) and the original delivery cost is non-refundable. Rebel Babble will cover the delivery of the re-sending of items

Please allow 7 working days from the day you send out the package for your new item or for credit to reach us. For international orders, please allow more days depending on your location.

The gift certificates contain a unique code to be entered on our checkout page prior to confirming your order. When the code is entered, the new total amount will be recomputed.    
Please note that the gift certificate is quoted in SGD and is not redeemable for cash. All gift certificates must be used in their entirety or the unused balance will be forfeited.

Gift certificates are valid for 1 (one) year from the date of issue.

You will receive a confirmation of your gift purchase by email and your recipient will receive their gift certificate via email within 24 hours of purchase. Please give an allowance of 3 working days for your recipient to receive the gift certificate through snail mail.
